There are many opportunities for students at The Plenty Campus to experience the wonderful and exciting world of music and drama

Music activities offered at the School include private music tuition and a wonderful array of music performance ensembles including the senior string ensemble, concert band, senior choir, Jazz band, the elite singing crew, the Latin percussion ensemble and the flute ensemble.

Music is offered as part of the curriculum from Years 7 to 12 and Drama from Years 8 to 11.

There is ample opportunity for students to hone their skills at both formal and informal concerts and drama productions throughout the year. There are soloists’ soirees, class drama productions, the Piano and Soloists’ competition, More Than Words concert for vocalists, the whole school Gala concert held every two years and the annual musical production.

Plenty Campus has a well deserved reputation for the professional standard of their musical production, and regularly receive theatre guild awards. The School’s musicians have the opportunity to participate in local and international tours and music rehearsal camps.

The School regularly commissions works of note for performance by the student ensembles and offers music scholarships to talented and highly skilled musicians.
