A key pillar of Round Square, Leadership opportunities help develop self-confidence
Through the many Leadership opportunities offered at both the Middle and Senior Levels, students develop into self-confident young adults by learning accountability, responsibility, service and collaborative techniques.
Leadership opportunities abound at the Plenty Campus, particularly in the senior years. Senior students provide peer support in the Big Brother, Big Sister program and become school prefects and leaders, and mentor junior students at camps. The Cadet program also offers key leadership roles together with management and skills training for those who participate. Other opportunities include outdoor education leadership at junior camps, house captains, sports and co-curricular captains and form captains, as well as student-run committee chairs.
