Music and Drama form part of the vibrant performing arts community at Ivanhoe Grammar School.
Our highly developed Music and Drama programs offer students an extensive and varied range of activities that extend from music performance ensembles, drama and musical productions, music camps and performing arts competitions.
Senior students participate in the annual School musical production while Primary students participate in a biennial one.
In music alone, there is a wide choice of activities on offer which include private music tuition, choirs, orchestras, jazz ensembles, string quartets and concert bands. Students have the opportunity to perform at both formal and informal concerts which highlight both vocal and instrumental performers.
Music, drama, debating and public speaking give students an opportunity to challenge, extend and express themselves and provide a wealth of wonderful memories and achievements.
